Workforce Analytics are looking for a Roster Optimisation Consultant to join their team in Hawthorn. This is the perfect role for someone who is initiative and data driven, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about rostering This role is vital to meeting a need for clients, and will be involved in data and software testing, client meetings, analysis, and data entry.

Workforce Analytics have four unique and world leading products which allow clients to do this. These are Roster Right, Pay Review, Demand Forecasting and Bespoke Consulting.

**The Opportunity**

Workforce Analytics are searching for an initiative driven and confident **Roster Optimisation Consultant. **This role works closely with business leaders to provide financial and time savings, visibility, and compliance across rosters. This role will give you exposure to a range of clients, from Fast-Food, Retail, and FMCG Groups through to the Disability Sector and Aged Care.

Reporting to the Workforce Optimisation Project Manager, this role requires someone who can see data in a roster and interpret it, who loves creating efficiencies, and is passionate about new technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data entry in rostering platform
- Project manage assignments
- Attend and lead client meetings and briefings
- Create training collateral
- Working with clients to make their rosters the best they can be
- Support the wider team with general administration, such as pay and compliance audits
- During downtime help improve processes and other support activities to build the business

**Ideal skills and experience you’ll offer**:

- Fast learner, quick thinker, and highly driven individual with an execution focus and strong sense of urgency
- Confident communicator, written and verbal
- Experience with rostering is a must
- Commercially minded
- Great with data, computers, and technology
- A self-starter with initiative and attention to detail
- An interest in data, payroll and compliance
