The right person must have the ability to communicate strategically at all levels as well as train, coach and be able to both give and hear honest feedback. **A typical day**: As a 2IC, you will lead from the front 2 days out of your 5 days working week. You will be visible on the floor working with your team to achieve successful results every day. As part of the leadership team in the store, you are excited to know our brands and your customers. You have a clear understanding that our success rests with your customers.
