**Beauty Advisors / Retail Sales Assistants - Melbourne Central VIC**

We are a leading Australian-Korean beauty retailer and supplier, known for our wide selection of premium K-Beauty brands and expert customer service. With stores across Australia, we are passionate about helping customers discover the best in skincare, cosmetics, and self-care.

We are now looking for enthusiastic staff to join our Melbourne Central store.

About the Role

As a Beauty Advisor / Retail Sales Assistant, you will guide customers through our extensive product range, offer personalised beauty advice, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive team that values creativity, product knowledge, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored skincare and makeup advice to customers based on their needs
- Stay up to date with the latest K-Beauty trends and product innovations
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist with sampling
- Introduce and explain new product lines
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain clean, well-stocked shelves and organised displays
- Operate POS systems and handle daily cash/balance procedures
- Ensure every customer leaves with a positive, confident experience
- Participate in training and development sessions
- Work collaboratively with the team to support store success

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred (especially in cosmetics/skincare)
- Passion for K-Beauty, skincare, and makeup
- Friendly, confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail and professional presentation
- Basic skincare and makeup knowledge required (beauty certification a plus)
- Korean or Mandarin language skills are an advantage due to our customer base
