**About the Role**:
As the Melbourne Central Store Manager, you will be a driven, enthusiastic and knowledgeable manager. You will be the face of the store, and use your management expertise to lead your team to success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive your team to smash sales and exceed KPIs
- Coach and develop a team of 5 in your store
- Provide your team with constructive feedback
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store

**Skills & Experience**:

- You will have prior retail management experience
- A leader who is level headed, with strong people management skills
- Experience with stock and inventory management
- Someone who is passionate about the retail industry
