Successful multi-national company that specialise in the design and build of capital equipment. A unique organisation that supports mining houses across the world through chemists, metallurgy, and process engineering with a strong focus on abrasion and corrosion resistant materials.

They are looking to appoint a strategic focussed individual with a keen interest in engineering, knowledge of materials from composites, ceramics, rubbers, and other impact resistant properties, as well as of course sales, marketing, and product management.

**Work will involve**:

- Management of full product life cycle from initial concept to completion
- Focus on delivering exceptional performing products for your client base.
- Work within a team focussing on new product development, verification, and planning of new composite-based materials for autogenous, semi-autogenous mills, rod, and re-grind mills.
- Identify new markets, collaborate, and approach new mine sites, customers across the APAC region, driving product launches.
- Work closely with engineers and chemists within the laboratories, particular attention to FEM, DEM, FDM engineering associated with wear resistance.
- Strive to be the product champion, lead internal and external sales teams in the future.
- Define product strategies, planning docs, liaising with field engineers to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement a product marketing plans.
- Develop knowledge of their complete range of AG and SAG mill lining.
- Develop a plan with the view of significant product growth.
- Understand the technical specifications of the products and work closely with management to define and grow the division.

- Degree within Engineering or equivalent
- Extensive B2B Sales experience, successfully building and maintaining relationships
- A passion for Product Management, Strategic Sales
- Charismatic and a high level of Emotional Intelligence
- Excellent communication skills
- Advantageous - mining, crushing, quarrying, sand & consumables markets
- Advantageous - composites, ceramic, rubber materials.
