**What's the role on offer?**

We’re looking for a proactive **_Procurement Officer - Base Maintenance_** to join our Brisbane Head Office team, supporting Alliance’s network-wide base maintenance operations. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of Alliance’s base maintenance operations - keeping our fleet moving by driving smart procurement, strong supplier relationships, and seamless material support.
- Take ownership of procurement activities that keep our aircraft flying and operations running smoothly.
- Optimise stock levels and material flow to boost efficiency across our base maintenance network.
- Be hands-on with high-priority aircraft projects and play a key role in fast-moving situations.
- Turn complex data into smart decisions and clear reporting that drives results.
- Build strong partnerships with suppliers and teammates while supporting continuous improvement.
- Champion safety, quality, and compliance every day to help Alliance deliver safe and reliable air travel.

We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive team player who’s ready to bring their procurement expertise to a fast-paced aviation environment.
- A procurement or supply professional with strong administration skills (aviation experience highly regarded).
- Tech-savvy with advanced computer skills and the ability to work confidently across multiple systems.
- Sharp analytical thinker with strong numeracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communicator who can build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Organised and adaptable, able to prioritise tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
