**The Company**
Our client is an award-winning Registered Training Organisation (RTO) focused on helping businesses build capacity and capability and individuals to build skills and careers through the delivery of high-quality, learner, client and outcome-focused nationally accredited training throughout Queensland.

**The role**
As a RTO Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering RTO administration support services to the training and project delivery teams, students and clients.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Maroochydore, QLD.

**Key responsibilities will include**
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and students throughout their learning journey.
- Provide leadership and direction to the administration team.
- Ensure compliance with the administration of funding contracts, internal quality assurance systems and the accurate processing of student data to meet timeframes for processing claims and producing required reports.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and logístical support to our training delivery teams and project managers
- Coordinate and provide administration support to organisation team

**About you**
- Experience in a similar role in the Vocational Education and Training, Higher Education or general education sectors including experience in administering government funding contracts.
- Be motivated, independent and a self-starter who uses initiative and can work independently.
- Experience with operating student management systems/have strong computer skills
- Have a high-level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Possess high level communication skills.
