Job DescriptionDue to significant contract awards within our ANZ Water business, we are expanding our Water Infrastructure Team in Southeast Queensland (SEQ), these awards bring a secure 10-year pipeline of work.
The Water Infrastructure group provides services to a range of internal and external clients on projects covering water and wastewater treatment, dams, asset management, major conveyance, industrial, civil infrastructure, mining, and defence sectors, with a key focus on supporting sustainable outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve.
How you'll make a difference
- Lead the delivery of structural design for water related infrastructure
- Undertake reviews of structural design and conduct inspections throughout the design and delivery phases
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with structural engineers across various regions and support the growth of structural offering within the water business line.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications & RPEQ / CPEng.
- Demonstrated experience in the design of water retaining structures in accordance with applicable Australian codes and standards.
- Experience in leading project / technical teams.
- Proficient in using finite element analysis (FEA) software.
- An interest in mentoring, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
