**About the Role**:
We are looking for qualified and experienced Trainers and Assessors the deliver the Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services on a contract basis around at various metropolitan locations in the North, South, East and West of Melbourne.

Reporting to the Training Manager - Operations, we have a range of nights available for teaching (5.30pm - 9.00pm) which may take place in either face to face or Online Facilitation.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- The delivery and assessment of the CPC40920 Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services
- The review, validation, moderation and continuous improvement of the training resources and assessments for the qualifications above
- Consulting with key clients on their existing and future workforce training needs

**About You**:
You will possess an interest in imparting your industry knowledge to those eager to learn and expand their Plumbing careers. You have a strong customer focus, and the ability to multi-task and be flexible and adaptable in your approach.

You will be an exceptional communicator, who is able to work well both autonomously and in a team environment. The capability to build rapport and have demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills are crucial to the role.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:

- Recent industry experience (of at least 5 years and current)
- CPC40920 Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services or equivalent qualifications or have sufficient and current vocational competence that would allow for a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process to be completed
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Able to work as a Sole Trader with a current ABN
- A current drivers licence; and
- Demonstrated ability in high level communication, negotiation and consultation skills and expertise in providing high level advice on a range of complex matters
- Self-motivated and confident; have a positive attitude and willingness to embrace change
- Strong relationship building skills with expertise in the effective management of diverse internal and external stakeholder groups
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Sound knowledge of operational requirements in relation to the Standards for Registered Training Organisations.
