
Hotel Assistant Manager

Constant supervision and effective management of all departments of the hotel; Food, Beverage, Accommodation, Gaming, Functions and Events.
- Adhering to all conditions pertaining to the Food Act NSW 2003.
- Adhering to all conditions pertaining to our Liquor Licence and Liquor Act 2007.
- Ensure overall quality is maintained in all areas of the above mentioned departments including staff presentation and service.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all areas of the hotel.
- Maintaining a safe work environment for all employees and guests.
- Ensuring each team member is efficiently trained in their role and the guidelines are met at all times.
- Implementation, change and control of strategies for improving staff performance.
- Involvement with training and development of the team.
- Liaising with the Management Team and Department Team to ensure that procedures are being followed accordingly.
- Meeting with Management Team to discuss future planning of the hotel.
- Meeting with Management Team to discuss changes and implementation of changes.
- Weekly and monthly Gaming and TAB monitoring and recording.
- Monitoring performance of all entertainment provided by the hotel.
- Monitoring performance of security team to ensure hotel standards are met as well as adhering to all conditions pertaining to the hotel Liquor Licence and Liquor Act 2007.
- Daily control of labour expenses according to the budgets outlined by the General Manager.
- Daily and weekly cash handling with responsibility of recording till and safe counts.
- Daily reporting with all managers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
