PURPOSE OF JOB:
To perform all accounting/administration/credit duties as assigned for Graco Australia/New Zealand

JOB RESULT AREAS:
Accurate input data into Oracle AP and freight, warehouse cost analysis Account Payable - Supplier account reconciliation and make payments on time I expense auditing in accordance with Graco policies Maintain and reconcile GST account Assisting in AR accounting and Credit management Prompt action - to meet deadlines

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES/DUTIES:
Take reasonable care of own health and safety and other persons who may be affected by their acts and omissions as required under OH&S legislation.

Accounting of AP invoices Reconcile intercompany accounts and supplier accounts with any adjustment notes Maintain Freight analysis and warehouse cost spread sheets and highlight large variances to FM Set up new supplier accounts and maintain supplier accounts in Oracle Telstra account analysis Maintain business fleet account and organize fuel cards Manage weekly payment run according to cash on hand Weekly Bank reconciliation GST account reconciliation Rebate accrual and actual calculation and arrange payments Expense report auditing accordance with Graco policies Calculate credit memo reserve Month end management report with variance analysis Maintain and save all payable invoices together with approvals in archive folder Assist with yearend audit and SOX audit Help FM with Accountant tasks when Accountant is on leave Other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
D1 Essential:

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Diploma level accounting qualification
- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar position
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good Team Player
- Accuracy & Aptitude for numbers

D2 Desirable:

- Experience using ERP business software system (comparable to Oracle system)
- Statutory tax requirements - GST
