- About the role:

- Identify, develop, and implement systems that strengthen the current practices within Care Services Programs.
- Monitor compliance against required standards in consultation with other team leaders.
- Network and engage with government and non-government partnerships and relevant stakeholders
- Lead the Carer Recruitment and Support team in executing innovative Carer recruitment and retention.
- Occasional afterhours/weekend work required to support the Carer Recruitment team in carer training and assessments.
- Participation in the on-call roster for afterhours support.

- The ability to lead with a system’s thinking framework which includes evidence-based critical analysis and recommendations, to ensure compliant programs.
- Ability to facilitate an outcomes-based approach that embodies a team culture of sustainable and adaptive changes to practice.
- Demonstrated excellence in team leadership and communication.
- Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence |Working With Children Check |Police Check
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications (Bachelor degree level) and experience relevant to this field. Diploma qualified applicants with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field will be considered.
