Blended Care Australia are seeking motivated, fun, and reliable staff to join our team of health care professionals to support and empower the diverse community around us. Experience working with complex health care needs and performing all aspects of personal care is a a must for this position. Mornings, evenings, and active overnight shifts available. Experience in aged care would be desirable.

**Drivers Licence is ESSENTIAL for this position**

**The role may include but not limited to**:

- Working independently within your local community, within close proximity to your home.
- Assistance with personal care tasks including showering.
- Light domestic tasks including assistance with cleaning and cooking where needed
- Public Transport Training
- Community access including recreational activities, shopping and transport assistance.

**Essential**:

- Drivers Licence & access to your own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- National Police Check
- Working With Children’s Check
- COVID-19 Vaccination (Booster)
- Flu Vaccination
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- You possess sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including short shifts, mornings, and evenings.

**Desirable/Highly preferred but not required**:

- Certificate III in disability, community services or other health disciplines including those working towards a qualification in health.
- Experience with personal care assistance.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

COVID-19 considerations:
All required PPE will be supplied.

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
