BamBam’s Hot Chicken is Melbourne’s newest spot for halal Nashville-style fried chicken We serve up crispy, spicy, and flavour-packed fried chicken with big attitude and even bigger flavour. Based at Dandenong Eats, we’re bringing the heat - and we’re looking for legends to join the crew

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Taking customer orders with energy, accuracy and good vibes
- Prepping burgers, packs, sides, and sauces to our standard
- Frying and assembling chicken like a boss (training provided)
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in a fast-paced environment
- Helping with setup and packdown of the truck
- Being part of a tight-knit team that hustles and has fun

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Fast, reliable, and hardworking
- Able to handle pressure during busy service
- Friendly and confident with customers
- Experience in hospitality, takeaway or food trucks is a bonus
- Food Safety Cert is a plus (or willing to get it)
- Must be available evenings and weekends

Pay: $24.95 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
