Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Do you have a heart for service and a drive to support those with special needs? If so, we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team in Noble Park, Victoria.

As a Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing personal care and ensuring safe transportation for a young client aged between 8 and 16 years old. This role is perfect for someone who has a natural ability to build rapport with young people and is committed to promoting their independence and well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and other daily tasks.
- Safe and punctual transportation for school drop-offs Monday through Friday.
- Encouraging and promoting the independence and well-being of the client.
- Ensuring a safe, secure, and supportive environment at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Possession of a valid Working With Children Check is essential.
- A current driver’s licence is required.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to providing the highest standard of care.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
