We are currently seeking a Casual Disability Support Worker to join our team in **Noble Park.**

**Saturday 3pm to 10pm (every week)**

Key Responsibilities:

- Nationality Australian (essential)
- Aged between 25-30 years (essential)
- Providing support and care to clients with complex behaviours and autism
- Assisting clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and household duties
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans
- Building positive relationships with clients, their families and other support networks
- Administering medication and monitoring participants vital signs

Key Requirements:

- Cert III and IV in Disability Support or equivalent qualifications
- Previous experience working with clients who have complex behaviours and autism
- A compassionate and patient approach to client care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with availability to work varying shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
