**Disability Support Worker - Noble Park (Mon-Fri, Sunday)**
**Harmony House Community Care and Services**

Harmony House is currently seeking an experienced **Disability Support Worker** to join our team and support a participant with complex needs in **Noble Park**. This role involves working closely with the participant to provide daily living assistance, including personal care such as **bathing, showering, feeding**, and **manual handling with a hoist** (experience preferred).

**Language skills in Vietnamese or Chinese** will be highly regarded, as they help support communication with the participant.

**About the role**:

- One-on-one support with a focus on complex care
- Shifts available **Monday to Friday and Sunday**:

- Located in Noble Park

**Requirements**:

- Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- All required compliance documents (First Aid, CPR, etc.)
- Reliable, professional, and able to maintain strong boundaries
- Experience with hoist transfers (preferred but not essential)

**Job Type**: Subcontractor, Casual
**Schedule**:

- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Morning shifts
