We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an **Business/ Store Manager (Retail & Wholesale)**sales. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our overall business operations and ensuring efficient processes within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operations Management**
- **Daily Operations**: Oversee daily operations in both retail and wholesale departments to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- **Staff Management**: Train, and supervise staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and resolving conflicts.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels, order new stock as needed, and ensure proper storage and handling.

**Sales and Marketing**
- **Sales Strategies**: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in both retail and wholesale sectors.
- **Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and increase brand awareness.

**Financial Management**
- **Budgeting**: Prepare and manage budgets for retail and wholesale operations.
- **Financial Reporting**: Track sales, expenses, and profits, and prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
- **Cost Control**: Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.

**Customer Service**
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback promptly.
- **Service Standards**: Establish and maintain high standards for customer service across both retail and wholesale operations.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail and/or wholesale management.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Customer Service**: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

**Application Process**

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
