**As a Retail Manager, here’s what you’ll achieve**:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store
- Training and developing a team of retail assistants
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Customer service
- Water testing and advice for chemical & equipment solutions
- Stock control and merchandising
- Store opening and cash handling

**What You’ll Bring**
- Pool/spa industry experience (highly advantageous)
- Self-motivated and able to think on your feet/problem solve
- Highly organised and able to work autonomously
- A positive team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to learning, with a willingness to develop your knowledge of pool care and retail operations
- Results-driven, with the ability to meet sales targets and ensure store profitability

Although we’d love you to have experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry, we can teach you the rest if you have a learning attitude. What’s most important is that you’re self-motivated, good at thinking on your feet and you feel aligned with our values.
