The opportunity

This is not your average role. As Consultant Liaison Manager, you’ll be the connector, the relationship-builder, and the trusted advisor who ensures MadisonAV’s brands are front of mind with Australia’s AV consultants.

Your mission? To make our world-class solutions the _go-to choice_ for consultants designing the biggest and most exciting projects in the country. Think boardrooms to stadiums, you’ll be the one making sure MadisonAV is written into the specs.

What we are looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in the AV industry—ideally working with consultants, in specification sales, or in a technical business development role.
- Strong technical knowledge of professional AV (audio, video distribution & control, conferencing, signage, assistive listening).
- A natural relationship-builder with outstanding presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Someone who thrives on building trust with consultants and technical stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage contacts and activity reporting.
- ** Bonus points if you hold an AVIXA CTS or CTS-D certification and/or tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, or ICT.
