About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Baptcare as our Residential Care & Services Manager in Kerang. Reporting to the Residential Aged Care Operations Manager, you will be expected to ensure the Facility maintains a high-quality level of consumer centered care and services for their customers and stakeholders across all aspects focused on the consumer’s whole person’s well-being experience while partnering with consumers to provide the best possible care and services to meet the consumer’s choices, needs and preferences. You will provide leadership to their local team enabling and influencing them to perform at their best within the Baptcare business and value framework.
Key Responsibilities
You will be required to focus on delivering outcomes across four core areas:
Quality care and compliance with aged care quality and safety standards
People; Residents, staff and other key stakeholders
Operational performance
Financial performance
About You
You will have previous experience and proven ability to lead a team of staff and maximise outcomes in performance. With outstanding communication skills, you will promote a consumer focussed service - internally and externally - and be confident in leading individuals to be successful in their given role.
Together with your commercial acumen and budgeting experience, you will be required to contribute to continuous improvement activities to support the growth and consistent uplift of the services offered.
**You will ideally bring the following**:
Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in a leadership role
Tertiary qualification in related field
Satisfactory police check or willingness to obtain
Current Influenza and COVID-19 + booster vaccination or willingness to obtain before commencement
