Assistant Store Manager Caringbah

As the 2IC, you will partner with the Store Manager to achieve overall success. You will also share responsibility and accountability for your store and be willing to dive head-first in every aspect of this fast-paced retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service as well as establishing relationships with our strong customer base.
- Collaborating with the Store Manager, Store team & Trade team to improve sales potential within the store
- You can work in a fast paced environment that sees you change direction frequently throughout the day
- Merchandise and replenish stock in a timely manner and ensuring it is presented well

**Qualifications**
- Senior retail assistant experience with the desire to provide excellent customer service to our growing customer base. You won't be afraid to be hands on daily in the store
- A strong interest to learn new skills as well as an invested interest to build your knowledge and expertise on our products
- You will also be an outstanding teammate who has the ability to cope with our fast paced and changing environment
- A keen eye for detail, taking pride in the presentation of your store - run it like you own it
- You will have flexibility to work on a roster between the hours of 6:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays
- You will be comfortable with manual handling as part of your normal day. For example - lifting heavy paint tins (up to 32kgs), pushing and pulling trolleys, standing for long periods, kneeling etc
- You will also have a valid drivers' license to assist with store deliveries

The ANZ Architectural team is responsible for iconic products and brands like Taubmans, White Knight, Johnstone’s and Bristol. We manufacture and supply high quality paint products locally to DIY and professional painters, whilst being backed and supported by the global expertise within PPG.
