WeCapable provides home care and disability care services to support the independence of clients from various cultural backgrounds in Melbourne.

We are currently looking for **Home Care/Support Workers** to join our team in the Mornington Peninsula region.

This is a casual position.

**Role**:
You will provide quality care to clients in their own homes.

Duties include:

- personal care (showering, grooming, dressing)
- domestic support (cleaning, meal preparation, laundry)
- transport in your own car (to appointments, shopping, activity groups)
- in-home respite
- providing companionship

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support / Disability or 2nd year + nursing student
- Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
- CPR Certificate (within 1 year)
- Minimum 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Patient and compassionate nature
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a remote team
- Dedicated, reliable, honest
- Willing to learn and upskill with every opportunity
