We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team at Nexa Care. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings, including in-home and community.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will work closely with clients to provide personal care, complete household tasks, and facilitate community activities, ensuring that each individual's physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
To be considered for this role, it is required that you have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field, as well as a Certificate 4 in Disability.
In addition to these qualifications, it is also necessary to have a current NDIS screening check and Working with Children check. You must also hold a First Aid and CPR Certificate, have completed the NDIS Orientation Module, and possess a COVID vaccination certificate and COVID-19 infection control certificate. A valid Victorian driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle are also required.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
