**Job Advertisement: Event Administration Assistant - Simply Seated**

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Simply Seated** is looking for an enthusiastic and organised **Event Administration Assistant** to join our team to support the operations and logistics of our events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing day-to-day event operations and logistics
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Maintain detailed event schedules and checklists
- Assist with managing inventory in the software system
- Help monitor event timelines and provide support during live events
- Process event-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and post-event reports
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or administration is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus
