Resident Engagement Manager

**About the Role**:
As a Resident Engagement Manager, reporting to Group Manager - Industry & Engagement, you will work with external and internal stakeholders, as well as potential and existing residents, to showcase the Aveo portfolio, and provide guidance in the sales entry and exit process. You will work closely with existing residents and their families to promote available Aveo services. As a health industry professional, you will develop trusted relationships with both existing and potential residents and health industry accounts to secure new opportunities, conversions to sale and mutuality of relationships to ensure customer focused outcomes.

**The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to**:

- Work with external stakeholders to ensure the messages of the communities you are responsible for are well known and well regards within the catchment area
- Work with internal operations, developments, sales and marketing to ensure the teams are updated and you have the relevant material to engage with industry stakeholder groups
- Manage CRM open leads and opportunities to ensure supportive nurture program is in place
- Manage short stay customer relationships to ensure outstanding debt is kept to a minimum
- Be available at all critical business times to meet with new groups
- Some weekend work will be required
- Following up customer interactions effectively and professionally
- Constant and reliable updating of CRM
- Maintain a daily updated Outlook calendar with all activity booked
- Effective hand over of leads to the Sales Manager, Care and Community Teams

**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- Degree Qualification in Bachelor of Nursing/Science or other health professional domain (desirable)
- Experienced Health Professional or Clinician with demonstrated knowledge of aged care; acute care/home care/residential aged care/retirement living
- Previous experience within a customer facing role or business development role
- Ability to travel within geographical requirements
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude and willingness to be flexible when required
- Diplomatic and professional demeanor, ability to hold difficult conversations with a focus on customer solutions
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with a focus on clinical screening and guidance in relation to accessing community and aged care services
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate with key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Exceptional presentation, high level customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
