Our migration team provides end-to-end migration services to our clients with a focus on strong customer service. We are seeking a Full-time Migration Agent assistant to join our team. You will be part of a team of experienced migration agents, assisting our clients through general queries.
The company has been growing every day, giving clients increased professionalism, quality, and experience, as well as a range of new services.

**About The Role**:
As a Migration Agent assistant, you will be responsible for providing accurate and thorough advice to clients on visa eligibility, compliance and other migration matters alongside developing strong relationships with clients in a helpful and professional manner.
Duties include:
- Continuously develop your customer engagement capability and techniques
- Generate revenue for the business by assisting with the leads and enquiries and converting leads into sales under guidance of Registered Migration Agent.
- Accurately and regularly maintain and update client files in relevant systems
- Review and lodgement of visas and related documents
- Demonstrate excellent case file management techniques (i.e., records of correspondence, file notes, receipt and storage of documents, return of documents to clients)
- File management - sorting and categorizing clients’ documents into the database, and ensuring client’s personal information are up to date by maintaining client folder
**About You**:
If you possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding attention to detail and can demonstrate the below criteria, we would love to hear from you
- Australia bachelor’s degree or above.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Especially high-quality English writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
- Strong ability in attention to detail, and responding to the assigned tasks
- Proficient skills in MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF pro etc.
- Relevant experience is not essential, however, must have a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Have full working right in Australia
- Overall, ability and attitude to work within a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
