**What You’ll Do**

**Deliver Exceptional Customer Service** - Provide expert guidance, help customers find the right frames, and recommend tailored optical solutions.
**Optical Expertise** - Interpret prescriptions, troubleshoot glasses issues, and learn cut and edge lenses.
**Manage Store Operations** - Oversee daily retail tasks, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless customer experience.
**Stay Detail-Oriented** - Maintain accurate customer records, manage stock levels, and process orders with precision.
**Problem-Solve with Confidence** - Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot order issues, and find solutions on the go.
**Collaborate & Lead** - Work closely with optometrists, dispensers, and your team to create a top-tier customer experience.

**Join Us**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
