**About CDK Stone and the Role**

For 40 years, CDK Stone has been the one to beat when it comes to sourcing and providing the finest tools and equipment range on the market.

Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking for our next Trade Sales Assistant to join our Tools and Equipment Division. Working in our Malaga branch, you will add significant value by:

- Completing online learning modules (the CDK Academy) and working alongside industry experts to build your knowledge about our Tools & Equipment product range.
- Offering valued customer support to tradespeople such as inquiries about our products, order status or stock availability.
- Helping out in the warehouse from time to time pick packing orders and moving products (we will help you get a forklift license).
- Assisting our Sales Representatives who are out on the road by following up on quotes, invoices, and completing purchase orders.

**About You**
- From your time interacting with customers, you've developed the ability to build rapport with just about anyone You always listen and seek to understand what they are looking to provide them relevant options to give a great overall customer experience.
- Whether it's working on the garden at home or tinkering around in the garage, you have a natural interest in tooling products and the building industry.
- Owing to your interest in tools and equipment, you want your next career move to be into an industry you are passionate about whilst remaining in a customer facing role.

**Selection Criteria**

We believe our next Trade Sales Assistant could come from anywhere All we require is you meet the criteria below:

- Customer service experience
- Able to lift up to 20kg
