**Client Relationship Officers**

**$65,000 to $70,000 (based on experience)**

**Hit the ground running**

Established for over 30 years, our client is an award-winning builder, who designs innovative and affordable quality homes.

Due to huge growth within the pre-site department, our client requires experienced administrators who can hit the ground running.

**About You**:

- Provide exceptional client service
- Ability to build strong relationships with our valued clients
- Strong administrative skills and be solution focused
- Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
- Experience within the residential building industry is preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of residential building
- Outstanding interpersonal and communicational skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide efficient and professional customer service- Update clients on the process from initial design to completion- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Ensure accuracy of all documentation and ensure project progresses on time- Liaise with internal departments to stay informed at all times- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed

Mentoring, training and upskilling will be available to further enhance your existing skills.
