**How will I help?**

The role provides support to our unsecured lending customers both internal and external, as well as for card originations and maintenance activities for our Corporate, Business and High Value Customers.

**Some of your Key responsibilities will include**:

- You will consistently strive to achieve and exceed our commitments to our customers and you will support the management of workflow to ensure we deliver customer outcomes at the agreed service level.
- You will liaise with stakeholders
- such as phone teams, branches, risk, fraud, and customers regarding their queries and following up until acceptable resolution reached for all parties concerned/involved and provide Clear and effective communication where relevant.
- You will develop deep understanding of Consumer Finance Operations business processes.
- You will maintain high attention to detail and customer service standards and effectively handle, escalate and follow-up customer queries, issues, and complaints, using judgement to resolve customer concerns on the spot.
- You will ensure all compliance requirements for the role are met.

**What do I need?**
- You will have Banking / Finance knowledge.
- You will have knowledge of end-to-end originations process and business, financial Analysis, Credit & Risk knowledge, and awareness.
- You will have experience with MS office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- You will have understanding of Privacy and Risk compliance.
- Understanding of overall WBC & Unsecured Lending processes, support systems, tools are desirable.
- Systems Knowledge - Pronto, Ace, E5, Service Online, Relationship Builder knowledge is desirable.
