**You**:
With your strong sales and leadership skills, you'll help us deliver an unparalleled buying experience that ensures our guests make the best decisions possible.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff.
- Proven experience in a dealership environment, as an Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Consultant.
- Drive and self-motivation with a hunger to succeed financially by closing every deal.
- A track record of delivering results, exceeding targets, and continuously improving.
- Availability to work late every Wednesday and a half-day every Saturday.
- A valid WA driver's license and computer literacy.
