**As the Cabinet Legislation and Liaison Officer, you will provide high level advice and timely information to the Minister, Ministerial staff, the Director-General and senior departmental officers on a regular basis as well as within other government agencies including the Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
Further duties include:
- Coordinate material prepared for consideration, and manage the flow of information between, the department, other departments, the Minister, Cabinet, Executive Council and Parliament.
- Supervise the preparation and submission of Cabinet, Executive Council or Parliamentary documents relevant to the Minister's responsibilities to ensure quality content, relevance and appropriateness and that these documents have been
developed in accordance with government guidelines.
- Provide procedural advice and manage the provision of support services for the operation of Cabinet including maintaining storage, security and control of Cabinet documents.
