Cabinet Coordinator

**About Us**: At the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC), our primary responsibility is to provide support and guidance to the Premier and Cabinet to effectively deliver on the government's priorities, commitments, decisions, and objectives for the betterment of the community.
The Cabinet and Parliamentary Services team provides secretariat services for Cabinet and Cabinet Committee meetings; high level advice, briefing services and support to the Premier and Director-General on Cabinet, Community Cabinet, regional visits and parliamentary matters; CLLO Support to the Premier, Director
- General and DPC; and coordinates the operational arrangements for the delivery of the Government's Community Cabinet program.
**Your opportunity**: As the Cabinet Coordinator you will: - manage a small team that works collaboratively to deliver expert advice and provides support across government relating to Cabinet business;
- oversee the preparation of high quality documentation prepared for the Premier, Cabinet, Directors-General and senior ministerial and departmental officers, including meeting papers, decisions and briefing papers;
- manage the preparation and distribution processes for Cabinet information;
- liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders to provide specialist advice on Cabinet meeting processes and to coordinate Cabinet meetings; and
- manage and coordinate arrangements for Cabinet meetings held in offsite or regional locations, attending as required to provide support.
**About you**: You will have well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to successfully manage a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have previous experience in roles requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. An understanding of Cabinet and Cabinet Committee processes will be highly regarded.
