Demazzi Stone Grill is a family owned restaurant established in 2005 catering to the locals and afar **casual dining**, specialises in burgers, grilled steaks and freshly sourced produce. Our team pride themselves on their **people first culture** and **training and development.**

Due to continuous growth of our business, we are seeking experienced **Floor Supervisor** to be part of our vibrant team. Working alongside with owners and the Venue Manager, you will be a role model, trainer and leader for the team, overseeing all areas of the business, with positive energy used to drive success within the venue.

You will be an enthusiastic and committed team member to deliver a great customer experience.

**All about you**
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to grow.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Supervisor in a full service restaurant environment.
- Experience in rosters and labour costs.
- Fair understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards.
- A current RSA
- Ability to lead and motivate your team.
- Ability to work a rotating 7- day roster including weekends & public holidays.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
