**Disability Support Worker**

Bountiful Care is a Disability Support Service that specialises in delivering complex care to participants through the NDIS. We are a boutique service that is run by a Registered Nurse and strives to deliver a high level of person-to-person centred care.

Ongoing support and training is provided. Immediate start with multiple positions available in and surrounding the following suburbs: Ipswich, Laidley, Fig Tree Pocket, Logan, Brisbane, Wooloowin and surrounds.

**Key Criteria**:

- Great communication skills and emotional resilience
- Own Transport Required
- A 'can do' attitude and strong initiative
- Empathy and a caring nature
- Ability to follow strict procedures and protocols
- Ability to work individually and as team
- Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certificate
- Willingness to obtain a Disability Worker Screening Card

**The Role**:

- Follow strict care plans to assist participant with all activities of daily living, such as personal cares, mealtime management, medication administration and domestic duties.
- Collaborate with family members, allied health professionals and other support team members to deliver a high level of care.
- Facilitate and participate in community access to promote client wellbeing, as well as attending medical appointments.
- Document client progress and maintain detailed and accurate records.

**Hours & Remuneration**:
Various shifts available depending on client location. Rates ranging from $42.00-$88.50.
