**Associate Consultant - Mining (Temp)**

**The Role**

Due to business growth in Western Australia, we are looking to expand our Science, Technology, Engineering and Mining (STEM) Team. You will specialise in temporary, white collar placements within the Mining sector.

Reporting to STEM's Recruitment Manager, you will join an office of energetic consultants who like to have fun. Your career progression will be clearly mapped out for you.

**Duties will include**:

- Taking responsibility for filling jobs with pre-existing client accounts
- Negotiating job offers
- Working collaboratively with the entire team, with active contribution to team marketing and training
- Adhere to PERSOLKELLY's systems, policy, procedures and legislative requirements
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets

**Desirable applicants will possess**:

- Minimum of 12 months experience within an Account Management or Recruitment role
- Experience working in a high-pressured environment, meeting deadlines, working towards KPI's
- Previous experience working with multiple clients and meeting their requirements
- Fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile with conflicting priorities throughout the day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional and ethical manner
- Comfortable with computer programs, including CRM's, Outlook and Microsoft Suite
- A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
