About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate or Senior Associate to join our dynamic Perth team, coordinating services consultants and collaborating with a national group of design leaders in the health sector. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping city-defining projects, bringing dedication to design and delivery excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering architectural design and documentation for large-scale health projects.
  • Leading a team from the initiation to completion of selected projects.
  • Working in a collaborative environment with the internal project team.
  • Managing the delivery of approved technical and design documents.
  • Coordinate and integrate input from services consultants to ensure cohesive design delivery

About You

We are excited to welcome someone with the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years post-graduate (M.Arch) experience, registration preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience of coordination of services on large-medium scale projects preferred
  • Comfortable leading and mentoring a team.
  • Strong Revit documentation skills (BIM knowledge preferred)
  • Familiarity with National Code of Construction and relevant Australian Standards
