Public Sector People are currently recruiting for an Production Support Officer to join Queensland Urban Utilites. Multiple roles available 3 months + extension. Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join this busy department to provide high level administration support, plan and coordinate meetings, provide high quality service to internal and external customers while identifying opportunites to improve the business.

**Duties will include**:

- Provide high quality administration support and assistance to the Plant Managers and direct reports to achieve Resource Recovery’s business requirements. Maintain UU requirements/best practice approach to the level of performance and competency associated with the above functions.
- Plan, organise, and coordinate meetings and other events including liaison with suppliers on price and logistics to deliver successful cost effective outcomes.
- Provide a quality service to internal and external customers while identifying opportunities to improve business or RR processes to support efficiency and resolving problems.
- Compile and co-ordinate the production of and storage of accurate, timely, quality and well-presented documents and reports (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint) including presentations, correspondence, newsletters, minutes and agenda.

- Deliver strong verbal communication skills, in particular communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
- Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Possess the ability to work as a team member through active involvement in the pursuit of team objectives.
- Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.
