**Your New Opportunity**

Due to continued growth, our production team in Wacol have an excellent **full time**, **permanent **career opportunity for an **Administration Assistant** to join them at our facility in Wacol. Here, we process new prime movers from delivery to the facility, through production, ready for distribution to our Independent and Penske Dealerships. Reporting directly to the Production Operations Manager this role is a senior administration role in our business, and will provide a challenging “hands on” opportunity supporting the team.

Your new role will require you to:

- Maintain accurate data records, data analysis, production files and documentation.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors and internal customers as required.
- Maintaining work orders, efficiency data and production sheets and reports as required.
- Participate in operations continuous improvement initiative and projects.
- Provide the Production Operations Manager and Supervisors with administrative support.
- Meeting minutes, preparation of department communications and diary management.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports.
- Work closely and communicate with all key stakeholders.
- General office administration when required.

**About you**
- Knowledge of general office procedures with minimum of 2 years clerical administration.
- Qualification at diploma / certificate level well regarded.
- Prior experience working in a Manufacturing / Production role is highly desirable.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of safety and procedures
- Capable of working without supervision.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
