**Brand Marketing and Sales Manager**

Our client is a fast-growing food manufacturer that supplies their products to leading retailers and independent distributors throughout Australia and internationally as well.

**About the role**

Due to significant growth they have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Marketing and Sales Manager to join their small close-knit team on a part-time basis (2-3 days p/week). In this role you will be across brand strategy, brand development and marketing, New Product Development (NPD), marketing activation, brand communication and sales account management.

As this is a newly created role with this organisation, it is truly an opportunity for you to mould your own position.

**Ideally, you will**:

- Have at least 5+ years’ experience in branding management / brand marketing roes working within FMCG / consumer goods
- Extensive experience with brand strategy, management and development, NPD, as well as driving brand sales
- Extensive experience in developing customer centric end-to-end campaigns
- Proven experience with NPD and product launches to market
- Strong copywriting skills (for both online and offline channels i.e. blogs, eDMs, social media copy, SMS marketing, brochures, information pamphlets, in-store/on-site merchandise, product packaging copy)
- Passionate about brand and strong project management skills
- Highly organised
