In A Nutshell
This adventure is all about building brighter futures together. You will be a truly welcomed addition to our powerhouse Workforce Planning Team who are developing and delivering engaging and impactful resource planning process to support our Aussie Families.
You’ll have the excitement of working across multi-brands whilst being welcomed at a huge time of growth for the People, Culture & Performance department as part of a global organisation supporting over 90,000 families each day with world-class out of school hours programs.
You will provide end-to-end process optimisation and continuous improvement project support to the Workforce Planning Strategy at JAG. From process discovery, through to optimisation, documentation, communication, implementation and monitoring.
We have a large distributed network of schools nationally employing over 3000+ staff who work across 460+ schools and support over 70,000 children. The role of Rostering and Sourcing Coordinator is to ensure we have shifts filled on time by available staff. Reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager, this role works as part of a small staffing team and will see you operate in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
**For your new adventure**:
You will be required to have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once.
You will be strong at building stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, as well as having an ability to think quickly and solve problems.
You will be able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of MS Products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook including the use of pivot tables and charts and manage multiple inboxes.
Any experience working in a regulated industry would be advantageous although not essential.
Any experience working with Workforce Planning Programs will be highly considered.

You’ve been around the block long enough to know how to hit the ground running (but also know we’re here for you when you need it)
You’ve got outstanding self-management, active listening, analytical thinking, and time management skills.
You’re able to check employees' qualifications and certificates and make sure they are eligible to attend the assigned shifts.
You’re focused at managing relationships with key stakeholders such as operation team, casual employees, recruitment agencies and happy to answer related queries.
