**Job description**

Jump was founded with the specific purpose: to create a better opportunity for babies, infants and children to learn to swim in a clean, modern and private indoor facility away from the crowds and distractions of the bigger learn to swim centres. Combine this with small class sizes, warm water and a teaching program supported by our 3 pillared teaching philosophy of Prepare, Instruct and Praise, you will lead a team delivering the best learn to swim model to allow children to progress and enjoy their learn to swim journey.

We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Customer Service Officer who is looking for a rewarding and fulfilling role to join us at Jump Swim Schools Craigieburn. Reporting to the Manager, this role will be responsible for maintaining operational safety and statutory compliance when on shift. A vibrant and confident personality with a positive and results orientated focus is a must.

Responsibilities will include:

- Customer Experience
- Aquatic safety and Plant operations
- Workplace Health and Safety
- Managing aspects of the new membership process; actively generating new business leads, handle day to day phone and walk in enquiries

You must hold a current first aid certificate and Working with Children Check.

**Essential**
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar customer service role
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check

**Desirable**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work autonomously and to make independent decisions
- Highly developed problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $29.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Craigieburn, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
