**About the role**
Safely and efficiently supervise the day-to-day planning of GrainCorp Foods and Oilseeds within budgeted costs, legislative compliance and food safety and quality standards.
This role includes:

- Team building and leadership.
- Reporting on logistics performance measures.
- Coordinating multiple providers across multiple sites.
- Driving efficiency.
- Working to deadlines, time management and prioritization of workloads.
- Knowledge & understanding of internal/external customer needs, requirements and priorities.
**Your experience**
- Previous logistics and transport experience
- Experience with multi-site coordination.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Self-motivated and can work autonomously as well as part of the team.
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Successful track record in managing customer/supplier relationships.
- Strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management skills, able to prioritise, meet deadlines whilst working under pressure.
**Desirable**:
- Trading and/or logistics IT systems
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics related field.
- Sound knowledge of current, and emerging, industry best practices
- Experienced in agriculture industry.
- Experience within the food industry.
- Experience in using safety and quality systems. (Sphera)
- Previous experience with SAP
