**About the role**
As the Head of Gaming Marketing, your main responsibility will be owning the delivery of return on marketing investment through commercially focused Through the Line (TTL) campaigns in Gaming across both Treasury Brisbane and The Star Gold Coast. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Commercial Marketing Queensland, you will take responsibility for leading the Gaming marketing team to develop campaigns with the aim of increasing revenue and ROMI.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develop a 12 month Through the Line (TTL) campaign plan for both Queensland properties, in order to reach revenue targets and ROMI
- In conjunction with Loyalty & CRM teams, implement initiatives to drive new member acquisition to The Star Club
- Lead the development of an activation plan that pro-actively cross promotes The Star Entertainment Group’s (TSEG’s) properties and with the Loyalty & CRM team, develop targeted initiatives and incentives to drive cross property visitation of members of The Star Club
- Work with the Sales team to lead the development of campaigns and events to activate targeted International VIP and Premium Mass customers to deliver budgeted revenue and ROMI
- Create reports and measurements on the impact of marketing activity via post implementation reviews to evaluate and provide strategic direction regarding status, associated costs and effectiveness of campaigns
- Liaise with the Partnership and Sponsorship Manager as to execution of partnership and sponsorship benefits at a property level to stimulate revenue and generate brand equity
- Refine segments, promotions and campaigns based on evaluation of campaign conversion, for key customer lifecycle segments (acquired, convert, grow, retain, reactivate)
- Provide accurate briefs to the Creative Agency team and ensure campaign concepts and rollouts are delivered on time, within budget and effectively represent business objectives
- Manage allocated budget including but not limited to monthly reporting, accruals and liaison with Business Partner (Finance).
- Work with Loyalty & CRM team with appropriate property offers to support the loyalty program in driving property activity, including all direct communication with The Star customers
**About you**
- Over 10 years’ experience in marketing, advertising or brand development majority of which has been spent within the Gaming industry
- Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to build relationships, and manage multiple priorities and internal customer groups
- Proven experience leading a team in a high-volume environment with tight and conflicting deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast paced and forever changing environment
- Strong communication skills to confidently lead discussions as well as manage expectations and demands of stakeholders
