In addition to this you will be required to: - Devise and execute sales management processes to penetrate new markets and generate leads. - Drive sales growth through a high level of execution of a well thought through strategy. - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team. - Establish a powerful sales approach, methods, benchmarks, and performance metrics to drive results. - Create a "lean start-up" culture of innovation, experimentation, and collaboration. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering explosive revenue growth. - Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills. - Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment preferred.
