We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our Team and lead the marketing function of our business.

This is a strategic hands on position. You will be responsible for delivering multi channel marketing campaigns including EDM's, digital ads, print & direct mail, all while managing a small internal team and supporting our network of Brokers.

You will be the go to person for everything from brand management and campaign planning to marketing support, office presentation & team development.

You won't just be running campaigns, you will be building confidence across the business. Our Brokers rely on marketing to help them bring listings to life and attract the right buyers & sellers. This means you will need to be responsive, detail orientated and service driven.

Brokers often work remotely, move quickly, and speak directly - so the right person for this role won't take things personally, won't need to be micromanaged, and won't get flustered under pressure.

We want someone who can lead with calm confidence, keep the team motivated, and consistently produce professional, polished results. You'll need to be both creative and commercially minded, with a strong understanding of how marketing supports lead generation, sales performance, and overall business growth.

You will also maintain a high standard of office presentation, making sure our Brisbane office space reflects our brand quality and attention to detail.
