**About the Role**

This role is responsible fordelivering administrative support to the facility including reception, admission and discharge duties, staff rostering, information handling, supplies, information management and building relationships with stakeholders. The successful applicant will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, great attention to detail, good time management skills and exceptional customer service skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships and manage enquiries
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters

**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience with rostering
- Can-do attitude/team player and the ability to work independently
- Sound understanding of the Aged Care Regulations for admission/discharge to/from aged care facilities is highly desirable.
- Accounts, invoicing and billing knowledge is an advantage.

**Salary**: $48,955.16 - $80,949.56 per year
