- Lead by example to provide efficient, friendly and professional F&B service to all guests
- Maintaining effective communication, giving direction, training & development of staff, support, timely feedback and recognition of performance
- Direct the functioning of the F&B operation relating to employees, guest issues, brand standard audits, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, guests, local community members and vendors
- Oversee and manage the successful delivery of the restaurant and conferences / event facilities.

- Experienced with local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry
- Highly organised and able to manage day-to-day operations
- Be a calming influence in the midst of a high pressured, fast paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive morale creating a culture that people want to be a part of
- Foster positive relationships with other key managers, department heads and stakeholders to meet business needs
- Be a progressive, creative professional who remains pragmatic and focused in an ever changing and challenging environment
- Detail focused with the ability to deliver consistently high-quality service
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in managing F&B in a hotel environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
