Food and Beverage Manager Position

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and In Room Dining services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm atmosphere and ensuring attentive service across all outlets. They will handle guest requests and complaints professionally and collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage to develop seasonal wine and cocktail lists.

  • Manage daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets
  • Create a positive dining experience for guests
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and regular performance reviews

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma-level training in food and beverage management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of related experience, including management experience
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • A business acumen and attention to detail
  • The ability to delegate tasks effectively and lead a team
  • Flexibility to manage busy periods and adapt to changing circumstances
